  • 20 high knees

  • 5 burpees

  • 20 mountain climbers

  • 5 burpees

  • 20 jumping jacks (star jumps)

  • 5 burpees

Beginners 3 rounds 2 min rest between sets Intermediate 5 rounds 90 seconds rest in between sets Advanced 7 rounds 1 minute in between sets
