1. Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients
1 apple
1 pear
1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
2 teaspoons of flax seeds
250 ml water
Juice of 1 small lemon
2 handfuls of spinach
2. Berry, spinach and yogurt smoothie bowl

Ingredients
1 tbsp of yogurt
1 tsp of lucuma powder
1 banana
1 handful of berries - strawberries or raspberries
A splash of coconut water depending on how thick you like the smoothie 1 or 2 big handfuls of spinach
Toppings - I used blueberries, pomegranate seeds and bee pollen, but add whatever you like
Method
Simply blend all ingredients apart from the toppings
Once a thick creamy mixture has formed top the bowl how you like
Stir and enjoy!
3. Coconut Almond Super-food Smoothie

Ingredients
500ml skimmed milk
150ml natural yoghurt
3 tbsps Pip + Nut Coconut Almon butter
2 bananas
1 tablespoon flax seeds
2 teaspoons old fashioned oats
1 tbsp honey
Eat well folks!
